Gaëlle Charier, PhD, PMP® has extensive work experience in the field of clinical project management and pharmaceutical development. Gaëlle is currently working as an Associate Director of Clinical Project at Amolyt Pharma since February 2022.

Prior to their current position, Gaëlle worked at Syneos Health Clinical Solutions, where they held multiple roles including Associate Project Director from August 2021 to January 2022, Senior Project Manager from October 2019 to July 2021, and Project Manager II from October 2018 to October 2019.

From 2015 to 2018, Gaëlle worked at Galderma as a Clinical Project Manager. Before that, they worked at Novo Nordisk Pharma AG, where they served as a Medical Advisor and Market Access Manager from June 2012 to April 2015, and as a CRA & Trial Manager from August 2011 to December 2012.

Earlier in their career, Gaëlle worked at Molecular Partners AG as a Clinical Project Leader from March 2010 to July 2011, at KUROS BIOSURGERY AG as a Project Leader from October 2008 to February 2010, and as a Project Scientist from March 2006 to September 2008.

Gaëlle started their career at CEA, where they earned their PhD from September 2002 to September 2005 and a Master of Sciences from September 2001 to August 2002.

Before pursuing their PhD, Gaëlle worked as a Development Engineer at ABKEM SARL from February 2001 to June 2001 and as a Formulation Engineer at Flamel Technologies from April 2000 to August 2000.

Gaëlle began their career as a Chemical Technician at Instituto Mexicano de Tecnología del Agua in July 1999.

Throughout their career, Gaëlle Charier has gained valuable experience in clinical project management, market access, and scientific research, making their a highly skilled professional in the pharmaceutical industry.

Gaëlle Charier, PhD, PMP® has an extensive education history. Gaëlle holds a PMP certification from PMI, which they obtained in 2018. In 2005, they completed their PhD and Master of Sciences in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Therapeutic Innovation from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI). Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, they earned their Master Degree of Sciences in Chemistry applied to life science from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Paris (ENSCP). Their education journey began in 1996 when they completed their Classes Préparatoires in Physics and Chemistry from Lycée du Parc, Lyon.
