Allison Pollack

Allison Pollack is currently the Vice President of Marketing at Laneige, a position they hold since 2024. Prior to this, they served as Executive Director of North America Marketing at Too Faced Cosmetics and held various leadership roles at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they directed marketing for Origins and Bobbi Brown. Earlier in their career, Allison was involved in brand and customer marketing at L'Oréal, working with Garnier and Maybelline. They are pursuing a Master’s degree in Cosmetic and Fragrance Marketing Management at the Fashion Institute of Technology, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Spanish from Bucknell University.
