Tiago Gonçalves

Tiago Gonçalves has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Tiago started their career as a Technical Trainer at CIFOTIE in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Maintenance Engineer (Trainee) and later as a Production Engineer at ENERCON (ENEOP3) - Rotor Blade Factory. In 2014, Tiago joined Colep where they held the positions of Production Superintendent, Production Manager at the Colep Printing Plant, and Production and Maintenance Manager at Aerosol Assembly Portugal Plant. During their time at Colep, they focused on restructuring and implementing new workflows to enhance productivity. In 2018, Tiago joined Amorim Cork Composites as a Production Manager before eventually becoming the Industrial Director. Tiago'srole at Amorim involved overseeing production and managing a team of workers to achieve superior results. Overall, Tiago's experience showcases their expertise in production, maintenance, and leadership roles within manufacturing environments.

Tiago Gonçalves has an education history that includes a MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade do Minho, obtained between 2005 and 2011. Tiago also has completed the PGL 25 - Management & Leadership Program at AESE Business School in 2020 and the Problem Solving & Decision Making program at Porto Business School in the same year. In addition, they hold a Certificate of Pedagogical Skills from IEFP, obtained in 2010.
