Aviram Wertheim

Mr. Wertheim has been serving as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since August 2005, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd.

Since November 1996. Mr. Wertheim further serves as a member of the Board of Carr Properties Corp.; PSP Swiss Property AG and Energix Renewable Energies Ltd.

Previously, among his other occupations, he served as Chairman of the Board of Mizrahi Tefahot Bank and as partner in the leading accounting firm Almagor & Co.

Mr. Wertheim is a certified public accountant (CPA) and holds a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business Administration and Accounting from the College of Management - Academic Studies.
