Marco Parsiegla

Marco Parsiegla has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marco currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Amouage since June 2019. Before joining Amouage, Marco worked at Havas Group from February 2017 to May 2019 as the Executive Vice President - Luxury & CPG Category. During this time, they developed state-of-the-art digital marketing strategies and led global client acquisition in the luxury, beauty, and FMCG categories.

Prior to their role at Havas Group, Marco had a long tenure at Procter & Gamble, where they held various roles. From March 2014 to January 2017, they worked as the General Manager & Vice President Global Prestige. Marco was also the Senior Managing Director for Dolce & Gabbana Beauty from November 2010 to February 2014. In their earlier years at Procter & Gamble, Marco served as the Marketing Director for CoverGirl / Max Factor Global Cosmetics from August 2007 to October 2010.

Before joining Procter & Gamble, Marco had experience in the fragrance and cosmetics industry, working as the Associate Marketing Director for Hugo Boss Fragrances & Skin Care from June 2005 to July 2007, and as the Senior Brand Manager for Hugo Boss Global Skin Care from March 2003 to May 2005. Marco also had roles at Jean Patou Fragrances, CoverGirl / Max Factor Australia & New Zealand, and Max Factor Eastern Europe.

Marco's professional experience also includes a freelance business consulting position in Germany at DGM Consulting from January 1996 to December 1996.

Marco Parsiegla completed their education history with a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Graduate degree in Industrial Engineering and Economics from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) between 1992 and 1997. Additionally, they completed their Master Thesis at Western Sydney University in 1997.
