Amy Lewensky

Amy Lewensky has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Amy is currently working as a Talent Development Manager at Amount since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at PEAK6 Investments as a Manager of Learning and Development from September 2018 to July 2021. Amy also gained experience at Outcome Health, where they worked as a Learning and Development Specialist from August 2015 to August 2018, and as a Member Services Executive from September 2013 to August 2015. Before that, they worked as a Teacher at Chicago Public Schools from September 2008 to August 2013. Amy's early career includes a role as a Student Assistant and Organizer of Internship Program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Spanish and Illinois from January 2008 to May 2008, as well as a Youth Development Specialist and Intern at Central States SER from May 2006 to August 2007. Overall, Amy Lewensky has built a strong foundation in talent development and learning and development, with experience in both corporate and education sectors.

Amy Lewensky received their Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2004 to 2008. In 2007, they participated in an International Student Exchange Program at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, focusing on Spanish Language and Literature. Amy then pursued a Teaching Certification at Dominican University from 2008 to 2010, specializing in Spanish K-12 and Social Science 5-8. Amy also obtained several additional certifications, including Performance Review Foundations from Lynda.com in December 2017, Organization Communication from Lynda.com in October 2016, and Critical Thinking from Lynda.com in August 2016.
