Shannon Wall, M.A.

Shannon Wall, M.A. has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Shannon began their career at Wells Fargo as a Mortgage Associate in 2005 and worked there until 2017. In 2017, they transitioned to BMO Private Banking as a Mortgage Assistant and stayed until 2018. Shannon then joined Avant as an Analyst, Talent in 2018 and later became a Senior Analyst, Talent. In 2019, they joined Amount as a Talent Associate and is currently working as a Senior Associate, Talent.

Shannon Wall, M.A., completed their undergraduate studies at Northwestern University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with Magna Cum Laude honors in Organizational Behavior Studies in 2012. Later, they pursued further education at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. This degree was obtained between the years 2016 and 2019.
