Jessica Maria Vargas Madrigal

Jessica Maria Vargas Madrigal is a seasoned business manager and academic with extensive experience in international trade and relations. Currently serving as Business Manager for Latin America at Amoy Diagnostics and a professor at both Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica and Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, Jessica has previously held significant roles including Consul y Consejero at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Costa Rica and Business Manager for Latin America at Powerchina Huadong Engineering Corporation Limited. With a strong educational background that includes a Juris Doctor in International Law and Legal Studies from Xiamen University, alongside a master's and bachelor's degree in International Relations, Jessica specializes in facilitating trade between Latin America and Asian markets, leveraging expertise in business development, marketing, and foreign affairs.
