Shahar Cohen

Shahar Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Shahar began their career in the Prime Minister's office of Israel as a PMO from August 2009 to September 2011. Shahar then worked at IMI Defense, starting as a Mechanical Design Engineer from February 2011 to February 2014, and later advancing to become the VP of Engineering from February 2014 to January 2017. Shahar then joined Secubit as the VP of Products and R&D from February 2017 to August 2018, and eventually became their CPO & General Manager from August 2018 to November 2021. In 2020, they co-founded ForeSense and held the role of Co-Founder & CPO from May 2020 to January 2022. Currently, Shahar is serving as the Chief Operations & Engineering Officer at Amp, a company focused on building the next evolution of interactive fitness.

Shahar Cohen obtained an Engineer's degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art., where they studied from 2009 to 2012. In addition, they hold a Skipper certification from the Israel Ministry of Transport and Road Safety, obtained in 2008.
