Osama Khidir

Osama Khidir is a skilled business analytics professional with extensive experience in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of Business Analytics at AMP Agency since October 2021, Osama leads an offshore team to create Tableau dashboards for real estate clients, facilitating real-time campaign monitoring and KPI measurement. Previously, Osama established the Marketing Analytics Department at Red Wing Shoe Co. and created a monthly KPI dashboard using Power BI. Prior experience includes roles at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as an Analytic Consultant focusing on compliance and stakeholder collaboration, and as a Senior Statistician at US Bank, where Osama provided crucial data insights. Osama holds a Master of Science in Mathematics with a Statistical Emphasis from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
