Montré Moore has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Private Client Manager at Platinum Equity. In 2017, Montré moved to REVOLVE as a Beauty Director. In 2018, Montré became the Manager of Cosmetics and Fragrances at Neiman Marcus Group. In 2019, Montré Co-Founded AMP Beauty LA. In 2020, Montré became a Business Development Executive at FWIN Productions and a Cohort Member of Shopify for Startups at Shopify. In 2021, Montré became the Founder of Beauty Boss Club and a Founder Gym Cohort 17 at Founder Gym. Finally, in 2022, Montré is a Beauty Program Manager at NEW Women's Business Center and a 2022 Cohort Member- PledgeLA Founder's Fund at Grid110.

Montré Moore completed a Bachelor of Science in Beauty Business Management from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Clark Atlanta University in 2011.
