Shabeer Alam

Shabeer Alam has a strong work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on compliance. Shabeer started their career as a Compliance Officer at MF Global in 2007 and continued in this role until 2011. Shabeer then joined Transcontinental Fund Administration Ltd. as a Compliance Manager from December 2011 to April 2015. Following this, Shabeer joined AMP Global Clearing in April 2015, where they currently hold the position of Chief Compliance Officer. Before entering the financial industry, Shabeer worked as an Attorney starting in 2014. Overall, Shabeer has a comprehensive background in compliance and has held progressively more senior roles throughout their career.

Shabeer Alam pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in the field of Law from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology.
