Lori Fulkerson

Lori Fulkerson, J.D., currently serves as the Vice President and General Counsel at maurices, overseeing the legal department's functions, including Real Estate, Employment, Intellectual Property, Litigation, and Corporate Governance. Prior to this role, Lori held positions at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. as Director and Senior Counsel for Real Estate and as a Real Estate Attorney, where responsibilities included negotiating and drafting commercial leases. Lori's earlier experience includes roles at maurices as Senior Real Estate and Leasing Analyst and at Cirrus Aircraft as a Business Manager, along with positions at Rosemont Property Co. and National Title-Duluth, Inc. Lori obtained a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a Master's in Management from The College of St. Scholastica, and a Bachelor's in English and Computer Science/Information Systems from the same institution.
