Eldre Brown

Eldré is a seasoned banker with over 14 years experience and has accumulated a wealth of commercial knowledge across highly competitive and reputable organizations, both within the private and public sectors. Her experience includes senior operational, strategic, risk management and leadership roles, and, most recently, she led a team of payment industry professionals at the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) and had the opportunity to represent the SARB in various payment related committees, fora and working groups.

Eldré is also a non-executive board member of a non-profit organization in the community of the Cape Flats in South Africa. She is passionate about extracting talent and unlocking potential in those around her, as well as the uplifting of communities in need. Eldré holds an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch Business School, as well as a higher diploma in banking. She is finalising a postgraduate course in risk management and constantly seeks opportunities for personal growth and development.

Between work and academics Eldré enjoys cooking, travelling, the outdoors, and is never without her trusted companion Rocky, a spunky little Boston Terrier.
