Natalie Kooyman

Natalie Kooyman [BBus (Finance and Marketing)] is responsible for leading the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. ERM supports the development and implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework within AMP Capital. The team partners with the business to assist them in effectively identifying and managing their risks to deliver a well-developed risk and control framework in response to our regulatory and business stakeholder obligations.

Natalie Kooyman joined AMP Capital in 2012 as Senior Manager, ERM and was promoted to Chief Risk Officer, AMP Capital in February 2015. Prior to joining AMP Capital, Natalie spent over 20 years working within the Financial Services industry both within Australia and the United Kingdom. Her experience has largely been within Risk Management and Internal Audit and she has worked for a number of large institutions such as HSBC, Deloitte, Schroders and Perpetual Limited. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Certified Internal Auditor.
