Nishara Jayasekera

Nishara Jayasekera has extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as the Program Management Office Lead at AMP since August 2017. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, project governance, project reporting, and overseeing project financials to ensure accurate tracking and analytics. Prior roles include Portfolio Analyst and Senior Project Coordinator at AMP, and Project Coordinator at nbn™ Australia, where Nishara supported project status reporting and coordinated various operational processes. Nishara's background also includes positions at the NSW Department of Education and iMDsoft, along with technical roles at Virtusa and P&O Ferries Holdings Limited. Educational qualifications consist of an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Information Technology from the University of Colombo School of Computing, supplemented by a PRINCE2 certification.
