Justin Davis

Justin Davis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Justin started their career in the US Navy, where they served as an Expeditionary Strike Group SEVEN Air Operations Officer and Exercise Planner, as well as an MH-60S Search and Rescue Pilot and SH-60B Pilot. Following their military service, they worked as a Supply Chain and Logistics Operations Center Supervisor at the Defense Logistics Agency.

Justin later pursued their MBA at the McCombs School of Business and was selected as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Recruiter for The MBA Investment Fund, L.L.C. During this time, they also worked as an MBA Summer Intern at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, where they assisted with evaluating potential transactions and investments in midstream businesses.

After completing their MBA, Justin joined Republic Services as part of their General Manager Accelerated Program. Justin held various roles within the company, including Operations Manager, Division Sales Manager, and Residential Operations Manager. Justin also served as an Interim General Manager and later as a General Manager, where they had full profit loss responsibility for multi-million dollar business units and managed teams across various functions.

Justin's most recent role was as the Director of Commercial Origination & Business Development at AMP, where they were responsible for developing customer relationships, managing the deal pipeline, and closing agreements for the company's facility business.

In addition to their professional experience, Justin also pursued an MBA candidate program at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, focusing on leadership and impact in an accelerated world.

Justin Davis has a diverse education history. Justin pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance and Investment Management from the Texas McCombs School of Business between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2010 to 2012. Justin also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aviation Technology from Metropolitan State University of Denver, which they completed from 2001 to 2004.
