Jeff Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jeff started their career in the US Navy, where they served as a Transportation Officer, F/A-18 Instructor Pilot, and F-14 Mission Commander. In 2011, they transitioned to consulting and worked as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. In 2013, they joined Riot Games as the Head of Live Services and then moved on to Meta as the Sr. Director of Global Product Services. Currently, they hold the position of COO at Amp Energy.
Jeff Rogers earned a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 1999. Jeff later obtained an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Pennsylvania from 2009 to 2011.
