Bryan Danley is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations at AMPAC Fine Chemicals since September 2015, Bryan oversees a workforce of over 180 employees, focusing on quality assurance, compliance, and lean manufacturing practices. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at WHCI Plumbing Supply Company, where operational strategizing and logistics management were key responsibilities, and Lead Manufacturing Technician at Solyndra, where engineering support and process troubleshooting were essential. Additional experience encompasses supervision and team management in production environments, with a strong emphasis on safety and employee development.
