Marcio Kliger

Marcio Kliger is an experienced Plant Manager at Ampacet Corporation since March 2019, with a strong background in production and manufacturing excellence. Previously, Marcio held roles at Trelleborg Group, including Production & Manufacturing Excellence Manager, overseeing the Solid Tires plant in Brazil, and achieving significant cost reductions through increased production efficiency. Marcio also managed production and quality standardization in the Oil & Marine hoses plant and successfully led the setup of a new Printing Blankets production line. Prior to Trelleborg, Marcio served as Quality and Engineering Manager at Day Brasil S/A, overseeing product development and quality assurance, and as Quality Supervisor and Quality Engineer at Duratex, where notable improvements in product quality were achieved. Marcio holds an Engineer's degree in Production/Mechanic from FEI and is certified as a Lean Manufacturing Instructor from Renault-Nissan Consulting.
