Asociación SIENA has been actively involved in providing training and consultancy services since 2011, focusing on enhancing skills relevant to active aging. Notable contributions include courses on team cohesion, leadership, communication skills, and ethics applied to shared leadership, delivered to various organizations such as Fundació EMMA, Ampans, Diputació de Barcelona, and Mémora. Moreover, Asociación SIENA has conducted impactful conferences on living with purpose at the end of life in collaboration with multiple residential facilities.
