Carles Matarredona

Carles Matarredona is an experienced professional in the fields of labor training and human resources. Currently serving as a Docente de Formación y Orientación laboral at Generalitat de Catalunya since February 2020, Matarredona also works as a Docente de formación ocupacional for unemployed individuals at Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal SEPE. Previous roles include teaching labor law at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and various positions in human resources at Inditex, Hays, BBVA, and IKEA Group, where responsibilities ranged from recruitment and selection to employee training and support.
