Aneshnee Moodley

Aneshnee Moodley currently serves as the Group Chief People Officer at Ampath Laboratories, a position held since April 2021. Previously, Aneshnee was the Country HR Director for L'Oréal South Africa from October 2016 to April 2021, where responsibilities included building HR strategy, designing organizational transformation projects, and acting as a strategic advisor to the executive team. Aneshnee's extensive HR experience also includes leadership roles at Arup Southern Africa, Microsoft, Absa, and Edcon. Aneshnee holds a Master's degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, completed in 2008.
