Laure Perret

Laure Perret currently serves as the Group Chief People & Culture Officer at Cooper Consumer Health and is the Founder of coLore, a consultancy focused on professional coaching, organizational transformation, and human resources advice. Between November 2017 and October 2023, Laure held the position of Change Director at Danone, leading executive teams in organizational transformation and project management. Laure also served as Head of Labour Relations at Danone, managing social relations and conflict resolution while supporting managers. Additionally, Laure was an educator at CELSA, teaching modules on business strategies and social relations from September 2017 to September 2022, and held the role of HR Manager at Chronopost, focusing on social dialogue and career management from February 2016 to November 2017. Laure holds a degree from Sciences Po Grenoble and an accreditation from Insights France.
