Kimberley Cunningham

Kimberley Cunningham is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the People Systems and Programs Lead at Ampcontrol since November 2021, having previously held roles in the company including People Systems and Programs Specialist and People Projects and Programs Coordinator. Prior to Ampcontrol, Kimberley worked at Singleton Council from August 2019 to October 2021 as a People and Culture Advisor - Projects & Analytics, focusing on human resource initiatives and workforce analytics. Kimberley also served as a Human Resources Business Partner at HOST International Ltd, HR Business Partner at The Scots College, and held various sales and HR roles at AccorHotels and Radisson Hotel and Suites. Kimberley holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from RMIT University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Canberra, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Hotel Management from Southern Cross University.
