Simon Coleman

Simon Coleman currently serves as the General Manager of Health Safety Environment and Quality at Ampcontrol since September 2018. In addition, Simon holds positions as a Non Executive Director for The Mai-Wel Group and a judge for both the Australian Workplace Health & Safety Awards and the Hunter Safety Awards. Previously, Simon managed health, safety, environment, and community initiatives at Rio Tinto from November 2007 to September 2018 and served in various roles related to occupational health and safety, including a managerial position at Ford Motor Company. Simon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University and multiple advanced diplomas in health and safety disciplines.
