TJ Fitzgerald has gained diverse work experience in the field of consulting and technology. Starting as an intern at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in 2011, they later held consulting roles at Salsa Labs, ArchiTECH Solutions, and Incentive Technology Group. In 2018, they moved on to become a Solution Delivery Lead at Ampcus Inc, showcasing their growth and expertise in the industry.

TJ Fitzgerald graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech in 2014. TJ has since obtained various certifications including Appian Designer in 2014, Appian Analyst in 2015, Platinum Certified Practitioner in 2016, Appian Lead Designer in 2017, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) in 2018, and Level 3 Credential from Appian Corporation in 2020.
