Haley May Dixon is currently the Head of Customer Experience & Customer Success at Amped Digital, beginning in July 2025. Previously, Haley held multiple roles at Kaseya from December 2022 to July 2025, including Manager and Team Lead of Customer Success Management in APAC, and Customer Success Manager, focusing on delivering comprehensive IT management solutions. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Executive for both US and EMEA markets at 150BOND, and working in Communications & Business Development at Generation Y, a leading youth marketing agency in Ireland. Additional roles included GUI & UX research at Darwin & Goliath, Database Executive at Trinity Development & Alumni Office, and Corporate Hospitality Events & Promotions at The Hospitality Partnership. Haley has a BA (Mod) in Computer Science and Business from Trinity College Dublin and completed a one-year international exchange at the University of Sydney. Recently, Haley earned certifications in Reformer Pilates from Pilates Performance Ireland.
