Monica Thomas (Davison) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in actuarial analytics and reporting. Currently, Monica serves in the Reporting and Analytics department at Amped Fitness since October 2022. Prior to this role, Monica worked as a Senior Actuarial Analyst at Healthmap Solutions from October 2020 to October 2022 and previously held positions as an Actuarial Analyst at Milliman from July 2019 to October 2020. Early career experience includes an actuarial internship at Highmark Health and another at BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York, where Monica gained valuable skills in statistical analysis and predictive modeling. Monica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science with a Minor in Finance from Robert Morris University, completed in 2019.
