Erica Messerschmidt

Erica Messerschmidt currently serves as Lead Creative Manager at Amper Technologies, where responsibilities include overseeing creative direction and graphic design initiatives. Previously, Messerschmidt held multiple leadership roles at Pledgemine, including Vice President of Creative Solutions, where strategic vision was shaped as part of the executive team, and successful management of Client Services, Development, and Design departments was ensured. Additional achievements at Pledgemine include developing new employee training plans and navigating challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier career experiences include graphic design internships at Radio Flyer and Illinois State University, as well as a graphic designer and publicity coordinator roles during studies at Illinois Wesleyan University, where Messerschmidt earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
