Baya Begag

Baya Begag currently serves as a Volunteer at the Cancer Wellbeing Service with North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust since January 2025, supporting individuals affected by cancer at the Robert Horrell Macmillan Centre. Baya has extensive experience in project management and creative roles, holding the position of Lead Creative Project Manager at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) since October 2021, where the focus is on delivering agile marketing solutions. Previous experience includes roles at Ideal Shopping Direct from June 2015 to October 2021, encompassing Senior Omni Channel Project Manager, Strategic & Creative Account Manager, Partnerships Account Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, Senior Creative Developer, and PR & Events Manager. Baya's educational background includes pursuing a NCFE CACHE Award Level 3 in Counselling Skills and Theory at Stamford College and a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills.
