Walter Monterroso has worked as a Bilingual Interviewer at NORC at the University of Chicago from January 2016 to October 2016. Following that, Walter worked as a CSR Associate at NTT DATA from January 2019 to September 2021. Walter then transitioned to Discover Financial Services in October 2021 to work as a CSR Associate until May 2022. Currently, Walter is serving as a Customer Support Engineer at Amper Technologies starting from May 2022.
