Rachael Holland began their work experience in 2005 as an Education Assistant at Community United Child Care Centers. In 2007, they worked as a Sales Consultant at An Elegant Affair. From 2008 to 2009, they served as an Assistant Program Director at Community United Child Care Centers. Moving forward, they worked at Kaplan University as a Regional Director of Business Development from 2009 to 2017. Currently, they hold various roles at AMPERAGE Marketing & Fundraising, starting as an Account Executive from 2017 to 2020. Rachael then became a Business Development Manager from 2020 to 2021 and is currently the Director of Marketing from November 2021 until now.
Rachael Holland earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Programming Service Administration from the University of Northern Iowa in 2008. Rachael then pursued further education and received a Master of Business Administration from Kaplan University between 2010 and 2012.
