Alesia Lewis

Alesia Lewis has extensive experience in finance and taxation, serving as Vice President of Finance and Global Growth at The Washington Post from July 2017 to April 2021, where responsibilities included accounting, tax, treasury, global expansion, risk management, carbon accounting, and real estate management. Prior roles at The Washington Post included Global Head of Tax, Treasury, and Risk Management, and Global Head of Tax, focusing on tax compliance and related functions. Alesia's experience also includes a seven-year tenure as Tax Manager at PwC, providing tax consulting to various industries. Alesia has contributed to academia as an adjunct instructor at George Mason University and the University of the Potomac, teaching tax and accounting courses. Alesia holds a Master's degree in Taxation from Georgia State University and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Financial Planning & Analysis from Wharton Online.
