Yoann Bersihand

Yoann Bersihand is an experienced professional in the electric vehicle (EV) battery development sector, currently serving as the EV - Battery Development Leader at Ampere since November 2023. With extensive experience at Renault Group from April 2005 to November 2023, Yoann held various leadership roles, including EV - Battery Development Leader and EV - Battery Technical Leader, overseeing the development and industrialization of EV traction batteries and managing testing for 12V batteries, power electronics, and electric motors. Yoann's earlier career includes roles as a maintenance technician and project manager for testing systems at Renault, as well as experience as an Automation Specialist at Ineo Potel. Yoann holds an engineer's degree in Electronics and Industrial Computing from Polytech Paris-UPMC, supplemented by various automotive and industrial maintenance qualifications.
