Maksims Kostenko

Maksims Kostenko has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Medical Practitioner in various hospitals, gaining valuable experience in patient care and emergency response. In 2016, they transitioned to the aviation and travel industry, working as a Sales Agent and Sales Trainer for International Travel Network. In 2017, Maksims joined Business Class Consolidator, initially as a Product Expert and later progressed to become a Team Lead and ultimately the Head of Support Departments, where they focused on improving efficiency and delivering excellent customer service. In 2023, Maksims joined Ampere as the Head of Sales, where they are responsible for driving hypergrowth and establishing a global presence through strategic sales strategies.

Maksims Kostenko completed their Bachelor's degree in Medicine from Latvijas Universitate, from the year 2010 to 2015.
