Ben Lenhart

Benjamin Lenhart is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as General Counsel at Ampere since January 2018. Prior to this role, Benjamin was a Partner at Tonkon Torp LLP for a brief period in late 2017, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities law, and commercial finance. From September 1996 to July 2017, Benjamin was an Attorney/Shareholder at Lane Powell PC, specializing in corporate finance, start-up businesses, and executive compensation. Since 2008, Benjamin has been recognized in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for their expertise in corporate matters related to securities, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial finance. Benjamin earned a Juris Doctor degree from Lewis & Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Whitman College.
