Colleen Felsch

Colleen Felsch is a distinguished engineer and director of product engineering and quality at Ampere since May 2023, focusing on improving product health through yield enhancement and predictive modeling for SKU performance. Prior to this role, Colleen spent nearly three decades at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included serving as a principal engineer, leading initiatives for customer satisfaction and reliability, and holding various positions that emphasized quality, technical risk assessment, and development mentorship. Colleen has also contributed to diversity and inclusion efforts as a member of the Oregon Women at Intel Network and has shared expertise in academia as an adjunct professor at the University of Arizona. Colleen holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
