Javier Galindo

Javier Galindo has a diverse work experience in the software and firmware engineering industry. Javier started their career as an Engineering Co-Op at IBM in 1997. Javier then joined Intel Corporation in 1999, where they held multiple roles, including Software Engineer, BIOS Engineer, BIOS Engineering Manager, Firmware Engineering Manager, Senior Validation Engineer, Senior BIOS Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Senior Software Architect, and Platform Solutions Architect. In these roles, they were responsible for various tasks such as memory initialization code development, SW support, SW architecture support, customer training, and resource allocation. Javier also worked as a Consulting Engineer at SysPro Consulting from 2019 to 2021, where they developed Coreboot-based reference solutions and was responsible for Linux Buildroot payloads. Most recently, they joined Ampere in 2022 as a Principal Software Engineer.

Javier Galindo earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona between 1995 and 1999.
