Julie Falender

Julie Falender is a seasoned professional in human resources and legal practice, currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Partner at Ampere since May 2022. Previously, Julie held various roles at Kaiser Permanente from February 2015 to May 2022, including Director of HR Business Partner, Director of HR Operations, Manager of Employee and Labor Relations, and Senior Human Resources Consultant. Prior to this, Julie practiced law as an Attorney at Tedesco Law Group from July 2011 to February 2015 and at Metropolitan Public Defender from September 2008 to June 2011. Julie earned a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School between 2005 and 2008 and a degree from Brown University from 1999 to 2003.
