Sean Varley

Sean Varley has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sean currently works at Ampere as the Chief Evangelist and Vice President of Business Development, having joined in June 2023. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Product Marketing at Ampere from January to November 2023. Sean also held the position of Senior Director of Product Marketing, Solutions, and BD at Ampere from October 2019 to November 2023.

Before joining Ampere, Sean worked at Intel Corporation for several years. Sean served as a Product Line Manager from November 2016 to October 2019. Additionally, they worked on major strategic platform initiatives and conducted financial analysis for Intel's product lines for enterprise and metro network infrastructure market segments during their tenure as Planning and Strategic Marketing professional at Intel from 2001 to 2010.

In the early years of their career, Sean worked at Dayna Communications as a Hardware, Software, and Firmware Engineer. Sean held various roles within the company, including Engineering Manager, Principal Design Engineer, and Architectural Specialist. Sean was responsible for building the Dayna NetCenter Internet Station and developing the Dayna BlueStreak Fast Ethernet product line.

Sean also gained experience at Iomega Corporation as a Firmware Engineer, specializing in hardware, firmware, and embedded systems.
