Shannon Menezes

Shannon Menezes has a diverse work experience across different companies and roles. They started their career as a Maintenance Supervisor at CR Asia Petrochem Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2011. They then worked as a Product Development Intern at Unilife Corporation in 2013, where they were involved in various tasks related to product development. In 2014, Shannon joined Intel Corporation and held multiple roles including Quality Reliability/Industrial Engineer and TD Process Engineer, where they were responsible for tasks such as equipment maintenance, process improvements, and coordination with stakeholders. In 2018, they moved on to Apple, where they worked as a Product Quality Manager for the iPad. Most recently, Shannon joined Ampere in 2022 as a Principal Program Manager, focused on NPI Supply Planning for new products. Throughout their career, Shannon has demonstrated their ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, analyze complex data, and effectively communicate solutions to upper management. They have also gained experience in research and teaching during their time at the University of Texas at Dallas.

Shannon Menezes holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Arizona State University, which was obtained from 2020 to 2022. Shannon also obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering at St. Joseph Engineering College from 2007 to 2011. Shannon also holds a Diploma in Project Planning and Management from CADD Center, which they obtained in 2011. In addition to their formal education, Shannon has obtained various certifications in fields such as project management, agile product management, and data analysis from institutions like Udemy, LinkedIn, and Scaled Agile Inc.
