Yesh Kolla

Yesh Kolla has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Yesh started their career at Sun Microsystems as an Engineer from 2000 to 2004. Yesh then joined Qualcomm in 2004, where they held various positions, including Senior Staff Engineer and Director of Engineering. At Qualcomm, they provided technical direction for the development of CPU circuits for Centriq server SOCs and Snapdragon mobile SOCs. Yesh also managed a team of senior-level engineers and was responsible for circuit micro-architecture, design verification, methodology, and post-silicon characterization. Since 2018, Yesh has been working at Ampere as the Senior Director and Vice President of Engineering in the Circuit and IP Technology Group. Their role involves driving custom circuit and IP development, evaluating and integrating third-party IP, and overseeing various aspects of custom circuit development, including memory arrays, standard cells, clocking network design, and power management.

Yesh Kolla holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah. Additionally, Yesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics from Bangalore University.
