Senior Principal Engineer at Ampere

Yogesh Bansal has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Yogesh started their career in 1997 as a Software Developer at Alcatel Network Service. Yogesh then worked as a Consultant at DCM Technologies, where they led a team in designing and developing RAID SCSI Miniport Driver and web-enabling a network management application. Yogesh later joined The Foxboro Company as an SW Consultant, where they designed and developed applications for the Foundation Fieldbus protocol.

In 2000, Yogesh joined Intel Corporation and took on various roles focused on power management and architecture. Yogesh served as a Reset Architect and Firmware Lead, leading the development of reset sequences for Intel's Xeon processors. Yogesh also worked as a HW/FW Architect for Cryptographic Accelerator, collaborating with silicon design leads to define HW/SW interface and developing firmware architecture.

Most recently, Yogesh joined Ampere in 2020 as a Senior Principal Engineer.

Yogesh Bansal holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Rachana High School from 1981 to 1985.
