Ju Nie Tey

Ju Nie Tey currently serves as the Business Operations Manager at Amperesand since April 2024. Previously, Ju Nie Tey held various leadership roles at the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology (SIMTech) from September 2015 to April 2024, including Team Lead for Polymer and Composite Processing and Operations Manager for Corporate Services. Significant contributions involved coordinating a successful relocation to the Jurong Innovation District, managing procurement processes, and establishing a Grant Management Office. Ju Nie Tey has also worked as a Scientist III, focusing on product testing for smart wearables and collaborative R&D projects. Earlier experience at SIMTech and Nanyang Technological University encompassed research in organic semiconductors and nanomaterials, leading to published work and patent filings. Ju Nie Tey holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
