Katie Douglas has worked in various companies starting in 2011. Katie served as a Faculty Research Assistant at Whitman College from October 2011 until January 2012. Katie joined Ingeniux Corporation as a Program Coordinator in March 2014. In August 2014, they moved to Socrata as a Digital Government Consultant, followed by serving as a Senior Digital Government Consultant in August 2015. In February 2016, they became a Customer Success Manager for the public sector strategy at Socrata until they left in April 2017. The following year, they joined Outreach as a Customer Success Manager for Corporate Strategy from April 2017 to August 2020. From August 2020 to August 2021, they were with Outreach as a Senior Customer Success Manager for Corporate Strategy. In August 2021, they joined Fast as a Senior Account Manager for Strategic Accounts until April 2022. Currently, they serve as the Director of Account Management at Amperity, starting from June 2022.

Katie Douglas attended Whitman College from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and History.
