Kendra Jenel

Kendra Jenel has a total of 7 years of work experience. Kendra is currently working as a Product Designer at Amperity, where they define and documents Analyst persona, leads end-to-end design for data onboarding features, and contributes to growing design systems. Previously, they worked as a UI/UX Designer at Clicked, collaborated with LX and Operations teams to increase project completion, and led informational interviews and usability testing sessions to craft personas resulting in a 90% task success rate. Before that, they worked as a Product Design Consultant, where they increased brand presence through typography, colors, iconography, logo design, and conducted usability and preference testing to gain user insights. Additionally, they were a UI Designer at GGLeagues, a Product Design Intern at Dynata, and a UX Designer at Triclops Design. Kendra began their career as a Research Assistant and later became a Lab Manager at Cognitive Neuroscience lab at Willamette University, where they designed and coded a lab website and developed and ran neuroscience studies.

From 2013 to 2018, Kendra Jenel attended Willamette University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In 2019 and 2020, Kendra attended Flatiron School and studied UX/UI Design, but they did not earn a degree. In October 2020, Kendra obtained the Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM.
