Carrie Noonan is a seasoned Staff Product Designer currently at Lattice, with extensive experience in user experience and design across multiple companies. Prior to Lattice, Carrie held various design positions at Yesware, where impactful contributions included leading design efforts that significantly improved user engagement and satisfaction. At Yesware, Carrie managed a direct report, championed a design system, and conducted extensive user research, including over 150 user interviews. Carrie's earlier experience includes designing the user experience for Maxwell Health’s core platform, Tempo, and a graphic design internship at Motiv. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Western Washington University and a certification in Front End Web Development from General Assembly.
