Tammy Smitherman is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support, sales operations, and training and development. Since October 2004, Tammy has held multiple senior management positions at Ampersand, including roles as Sr. Manager of Customer Support, Sr. Manager of Sales Operations, and Sr. Manager of Training & Development. Prior to this, from June 1998 to September 2004, Tammy served as Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Service Team Leader – Floor Supervisor at Interceramic, showcasing a solid foundation in customer service leadership.
