David Montecalvo

David, who joined Ampersand as an Executive Advisor in 2022, serves as CEO of Ampersand portfolio company, Sterling Medical Devices. David has more than 35 years of experience in the Med Tech industry, including executive level positions at Medtronic and most recently West Pharmaceutical Services. David earned a B.S.in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.
